This Control Assembly (Stock # 40102) is the earlier/previous version of the two available XLERATOR XL 7 Control Assemblies. Unlike the newer Control Assemblies (Stock# 40103 and Stock# 40105), the 40102 does not allow for adjustments to the Motor Speed and / or Heating Element. On the 40102, only the Sensor Sensitivity or Range is adjustable. Each Control Assembly (Part Ref. XL-7 / Stock# 40102) includes the Optic Sensor (Part Ref. XL 15 / Stock# 30089XL), the Control Circuit Board 40102, and the metal Mounting Brackets for both.

You could buy an entirely new unit to replace your current XL-SB XLerator hand dryer. But with the correct replacement parts, you can keep your hand dryer in working condition at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire unit.
