If you currently have installed any of the discontinued WORLD recessed models that are apart of the A-Series or M-Series, this adapter plate / retrofit kit makes upgrading to the WORLD DRYER SLIMdri much easier & less expensive than patching the wall.  The stainless steel World Adapter Plate #17-10160K covers the ugly existing hole left after removing previously recessed-mounted hand dryer & improves restroom appearance.  At the same time, the 17-10160K allows you to install the WORLD® SLIMdri L-Series hand dryer. And since the SLIMdri is surface-mounted ADA compliant, there's no need for recessing or a hole in the wall.  At only 3.9" thick, the SLIMdri exceeds ADA requirements regarding the 4" protrusion rule from the wall surface.
