PLEASE NOTE: This Heater Assembly / Heating Element (Part# 10-A0249) is specified for the TURBO-Pro 10-0196-1 (110V/120V) Model ONLY (regardless of cover material).  If your 0196 is a higher voltage 0196-2 (208V-240V) or 0196-3 (277V), please see the correct Heating Element listing for your specific voltage.

This Nichrome (NiCr) wire Heating Element is rated for 110V /120V, 50/60Hz, 500 Watts, and 28.8 Ohms. 

You could buy an entirely new unit to replace your AMERICAN SPECIALTIES 0196 hand dryer (part of the TURBO PRO Series) in any of three different cover choices.  But with the correct replacement parts, you can keep your hand dryer in working condition at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire unit.
