This Nichrome (NiCr) wire Heating Element is rated for 110V /120V, 50/60Hz, 500 Watts, and 28.8 Ohms. 

You could buy an entirely new unit to replace your AMERICAN SPECIALTIES 0198-MH-1 hand dryer (part of the SAFE-Dri™ Series).  But with the correct replacement parts, you can keep your hand dryer in working condition at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire unit.
