ASI HEATING ELEMENT (Part# 10-A0249) for Model 10-0199-2 TURBO ADA (208V-240V), Automatic, High-Speed, ADA-Compliant Surface-Mounted Hand Dryer

PLEASE NOTE: This Heater Assembly / Heating Element (Part# 10-A0249) is specified for the TURBO ADA 10-0199-2 (208V-240V) Model (regardless of cover material) and is in fact the Heating Element for all ASI 10-0199 (regardless of voltage).

This Nichrome (NiCr) wire Heating Element is rated for 110V /120V, 50/60Hz, 500 Watts, and 28.8 Ohms.  In the case of this higher voltage model 0199-2 (208V/240V), the electrical input is reduced by the Control Board (Part# A322-0259) prior to reaching the Heating Element.

You could buy an entirely new unit to replace your AMERICAN SPECIALTIES 0199-2 hand dryer (part of the TURBO ADA Series) in any of three different cover choices.  But with the correct replacement parts, you can keep your hand dryer in working condition at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire unit.
