If you currently have installed any of the discontinued WORLD recessed models that are apart of the A-Series or M-Series, this adapter plate / retrofit kit makes upgrading to the WORLD DRYER VERDEdri much easier & less expensive than patching the wall.  There's no need to change the electrical wiring since the VERDEdri is truly universal voltage (110V to 277V). There's no need to change the wall structure.  The stainless steel World Adapter Plate #37-10539K not only covers the existing hole left after removing previously recessed-mounted hand dryer, it improves restroom appearance by adding a stainless steel wall (splash) guard.  At the same time, the 37-10539K allows you to install the WORLD® VERDEdri Q-Series hand dryer at the same height as the previous hand dryer (hand dryer not included).  And since the VERDEdri is surface-mounted ADA compliant, there's no need for recessing. At only 3.9" thick, the VERDEdri exceeds ADA requirements regarding the 4" protrusion rule from the wall surface.  By installing the VERDEdri in place of the recessed Model A or AirMax, you've decreased the dry-time and added HEPA filtration.
