The chrome plated Universal Nozzle (Part# 34-172K) can be made stationary or be allowed to rotate by using the included Allen wrench to adjust the integrated set screw. 

Although the WORLD DXA57-972 Series Automatic (277V) hand dryer has been discontinued for some time, this replacement part is still readily available.  Keep your hand dryer in working condition at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire unit.
