Shipping and Return Policies

Effective 01/01/2019

Most orders ship within one (1) business day. We will contact the customer within one (1) business day if the order can not ship in this time frame. Shipping takes 1-6 business days in the US.

Sales Tax is collected for Texas shipments only at 8.25%.

Exchanges are accepted with customer paying shipping charges. Returns are excepted within 60 days if items are returned in new condition in the original packaging. A 20% restocking charge will apply. You must contact Allied Hand Dryer before returns or exchanges can be made. Refunds are made within 2 business days of merchandise return.
